To ensure transparency and help you plan effectively. Here are my additional fees:
  • Travel Fee: - $2/per mile round-trip, during normal business hours. *Example: The appointment is set at your home address that is 5 miles from my service area (75034), it would incur a total round trip travel fee of $20 + the notarization and/additional add-ons (if selected).

- After normal business hours the travel fee will be $3/per mile roundtrip (not to exceed *50 miles or *additional fees will incur on your invoice).

  • Witness Fee: $25 per witness, if provided by us.
  • Printing Fee: $1.00 per page
  • Shipping Fee: Cost of shipping 
  • Delivery Fee: Please inquire.
